If hearing jura, wild yeast and unfiltered makes you worried you’re about to drink some oxidized French bullshit, this is the cure. Focused, light, herbal, not at all flawed, plenty juicy and delicious.

Rustic aromas of earth, white pepper spice and black cherry fruit. Same black cherry fruit on the pallet along with some red berries, mushroom, minerals and wet gravel. All are amplified by racing acidity. Only a slight hint of tannin. No oak. Pleasantly funky. Taste the elevation!

Good but not as funky and rustic as I like from Jura. Very tart red fruit, crisp acid and some wet dirt.
