Alright at first. Then, it's comparable to drinking liquid sugar.

White stone fruit, sugar cane and an-ever-so-slight creaminess. Pairs well with berebere sauce!

My first experience of an Alsace Pinot Gris. Peaches and cream with mandarin on the nose. It is complex however, so it also takes you to a field of ripe apricots on a chilled morning. Nice tight bitterness on the finish, like stone fruit skin.
