When I’m not drinking a Napa Cab, I reach for a Jordon. Blend of 80% Cab Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 8% Petit Verdot & 2% Malbec, aged 13 months in 100% French oak (35% new). Deep Ruby with aromas of red fruit, floral and an array of herb spices. On the palate flavors of cherry, blackberry and fig with oak, vanilla spice, leather and cacao notes. Rich fine tannins, well balanced and integrated with fruit and oak. Very Nice! Will age well. Just had this with a fillet mignon, Nice!

Medium lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with honeysuckle notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear, lemon citrus zest and melon, complex, mineral tones with soft creamy oak and sweet spice. The wine was fresh, with vibrant crisp acidity, well balanced on a long finish ending with fruit and floral notes. Has some mid-term aging potential. Outstanding!

Vertical of 12, 07, 02, and 97. In the oldest 2 fruit became more precise as tannin melted and and structure integrated around the ripe plum cherry and strawberry. The lush fruit combined with cedar and sanguine tones, actually reminded me of pomerol.

From magnum, not decanted...drink quickly! A delicate babe whose aromas are sure to fade fast.
