Medium lemon color. Aromas and flavors of lime zest, wet stone, nectarine, white peach, honeydew melon, and honeysuckle. Med finish.

Ripe, round with golden apple, sweet pear, honey melon and ripe mango. A bit of straw, too.
Round & mellow on the palate, starting off full & on the sweeter side but with the fresh & savoury acidity kicking in.
Nicely balanced with a note of white pepper in the finish.
Works surprisingly well with even “difficult food” (mustard, beetroot, curry powder)
