Pale lemon color with medium+ intensity aromas of floral, stone and citrus fruits with floral notes. On the palate this almost dry wine shows flavors of peach, ripe apple, lemon, apricot, melon with wet stone mineral. Vivid acidity with great mouthfeel on medium+ finish. Can age a bit but is very good now for optimal freshness.

Aromas of lime and slate with a touch of talc on the nose. The palate shows peach, minerals, a mandarin note with residual sugar. Only 8.5% alcohol. These wines have good longevity and will go on for a few years. The first of 3. Had a 2nd one 31 weeks later on 25th November 2023 with consistent notes. Peach and mineral are the dominant notes with diminished acid. Will try to leave the last one for around a year to see if complexity develops although I doubt it in a Kabinett.

In its usual crystalline form. Mandarin, Asian pear, wet chalkboard and honeysuckle. Gorgeous, bright, with a whiff of diesel.

Very low alcohol at 9.0% ABV. Silver and golden color. Smells like creeks, gooseberry, white grape juice and perfumes. Flavors are zingy, tart and fleshy. Hint of sweet. This is clean and easy.
