Surprisingly enjoyable Cab - it's Christmas Eve and was given as a gift...berries, a bit sweeter than normal for a Cab, but very mellow and drinkable...

Nose of salty bacon, powerful alcohol, with a slight hint of chocolate. Taste of sour cherries, cranberries, spicy, woody, with a hint of sweetness. Low tannins makes it easy to drink. Sweetness in the aftertaste, but not too much complexity.

Really enjoyed this. For the money really can’t beat it. Dark fruits, not overly tannic. My go to when I am tired of dropping to much money on wine.
