Stinky, oak, forest floor, and sage/eucalyptus on the nose. Beautiful balance of acid and tannins. Tomato leaf, dark fruit, bright astringency. Not pairing with food tonight but would make a great food wine! I would pair with lamb, pizza, Indian food, hell... anything. — 7 months ago
