Nice. Better with a little air, (more fruit than toast) 79% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay bottled April 2, 2014. Disgorged May 15, 2019. Dosage 1.6g/L. TLB

Previous disgorgements have been Brut. This is the first Extra Brut disgorgement I have seen. Almost 5 years en tirage.

Mid and upper palate focused that is leaner. Better with rich buttery foods. This bottling 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay based on 2012 vintage, was aged longer than last year. Disgorged April 2017. Dosage 4.8 g/L. SS

Bottled 26 Apr 2019, Disg 09 Jan 2023, 0.8 g/L dosage. 69% PN, 31% Chard. Amazing the intensity of fruit this gets.
