Not too oaky nor buttery. A little creamy mouthfeel from the lees. A little bit of baking spice. Soft apple. I often don't like chardonnay but this is really nice.

Burgundian. Some mineral salinity on the finish to balance the roundness and oak. Could’ve done with a touch more fruit up front before the acidity (which was quite nice and food friendly)

Singing! A hint of reduction initially. Apples, honeysuckle, a touch of caramel, long finish with acid and some bitters. Just lovely. Highly recommend.
