A two dimensional complexity with a ripe, juicy strawberry foreground in front of a floral, spicy (and a hint of savoury) background. Very ripe, yet with a good presence and density. Somewhat simple and dilute finish, but overall a food performance considering the price.

not a big deal. i like the color deep and velvet purple. nose is oaky with red fruit. oak continues in mouth, together with leather and sour cherry.

Starts soft. Maybe cram & apple — but I could be off . Subtle. Balanced. Then the tannins hit. Not huge, but pronounced and lingering. A little sweet. Highly enjoyable. Starts like Barolo. Ends like Cab. Uncorked September wine of the month.
