A little something to get going. Lime, mandarin, brioche, acid.

My favorite grower champagne thus far this year. This wine-maker doesn't mess around.

What a delicious way to celebrate a new addition to the family. Was superbly toasty upon opening and was more autolytic than I might have liked with the wife's first sushi in months.

Loved this Champagne! Dry but not acidic, smooth while still full of bubbles, green apple and honey accents and a rich mouthfeel. Perfect bottle to bring in the New Year in Paris!!

Light lemon in colour . Lovely persistent small bubbles . Quite austere at first , then apple pie , brown bread , pastry. In the mouth more yellow fruits , rich and quite broad , that pastry note again . Long and mineral on the finish with a slight toasty note. This is quite young , I imagine it will last and perhaps improve over the next 5 years .
