Baked pear, spiced yellow apple, roasted cashews, honeycomb. Still has tension and structure but given this was out of mag, I wouldn't wait any longer. Taste and try to keep your eyes open.

Went well with Chateaubriand :-) Slightly oxidative and acetone nose. Also, pear and floral aromas. Should have made notes right away, forgot most of it now.
