Just right for bistro fare or Mediterranean food. Ripe stone fruit, lively acidity on the palate, and just the hint of mineral underneath.

Mineral, melon, pear and as another noted, jalapeño. Nice complement to roast salmon with patatas bravas. Bought from Cured in Boulder, where staff champions the wine.
