Really flabby out of the gate. Acid is gobbled up by the extracted texture. Seems really oaky yet, I'm told no new wood is used..After 1hr the mineral character breaks through the steel vail of SO2. Needs to be decanted.

Toffee. Popcorn kernel & butter (though no new oak used). Deep and rich with a streak of acid. Old vines, most of which are 100 years of age. On the second day it shows much more balance and clarity.
