Light straw color. A fresh nose with bright sweet lemon, young corn, white flowers, and a chalky minerality on the nose. On the palate some honeyed sweetness, very pure and complex and long. Over time in the glass this is fleshing out and getting lusher. Really good.

Jul 9th, 2019This is great. Gloopy and intense with great mouthfeel. A beautifully focused nose of oily preserved lemon and flint. Beautifully rich and detailed. All kinds going on with a really integrated salinity. Great stuff.
