Amazing completely enjoyable Chablis at the gran Cru level. 2016 bottle drank in 2022 tastes fresh and light fruity tones than anything else. Moderate acidity and minerality (for Chablis). Will be great even with fruit or light salads and vegetables and maybe not so much with distinctively tasting fish

Golden delicious apple, citrus zest, nuts, slightly reduced. Broad palate, baked apples, saline, scallops, spice and toast.

2008 vintage. Les Preuses Grand Cru in magnum. Developing - some Maron glacé. Ripe and round. Earth, mushroom hints. Lovely and concentrated. Elegant. Good long finish. Very good.

2011 vintage. Made in concrete eggs. Citrus, mineral, angular. On the palate, decent concentration but there is some astringency here. Lemon heavy on finish.
