Lovely wine, drinking well. Good balance and precision, poised and elegant while still providing plenty of pleasure in the form of waves of orchard fruit, floral notes and a honeyed finish. Nicely textured, layered and really classy. Very easy to like and it's pure deliciousness makes it difficult to contemplate for very long.

Medium to medium plus lemon to gold. Apricot yoghurt, banana ice cream. Medium plus acidity, medium minus sugar, medium alcohol. Guessed it to be a younger Pouilly Fuisse

2013 vintage. Chalk minerality and steely. Citrus, apple and grapefruit. Fruity on the attack and easy drinking. Vinified in 50hl wooden cask. Good restaurant wine.
