2013. Paired with 2 courses. First, Roasted butternut soup with Kona Lobster and Second, Grilled Kauai Prawns . It didn't work well with first course: overpowered the butternut soup though would have worked well with the lobster alone. However, this paired much better with the Grilled Shrimp.
