Linear but pleasant mineral with crisp acidity, oak is absent. Perfect with a creamy pasta sauce, or on a hot day in its own.

2014 Brocard Chablis & Ayalew Mesfin. Unearthed politically charged Ethiopian funk courtesy of Now-Again Records and vinyl me please . Wine is crisp & bright. Music is revelatory considering this is the first anthology of his work with his involvement. Will actually pair with most wines on both weekends and weeknights.

Печёное яблоко, карамбола, известь, антоновка, лимон, соль. Звенящая кислотность. По началу немного спиртуозно. Становится элегантней продышавшись.

Nice Chardonnay. Good body.
