Very pale light red/orange, high acid, natty palate. Not my favorite expression of Poulsard.

Stinky and diapery at first. Like dropping your fresh picked cherries in the mud patch. A day later it's blooming, with cinnamon, rose petal and persimmon (the last two being SM's but I don't dispute his assessments). Much fresher day two!
