Séchet Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay

Subtle notes of stone fruits, but somewhat dominated by phenols. This subsided with air, but influenced my experience. Palate was lean and clean with nice salinity. Acid was soft, but balanced. I did anticipate better from this producer.

Half bottle. Carmel apple, lemon zest, dried hay, little malo and bright acid.

Linear.

Solid value Chablis from a great house.

Fantastic typicity, racy acidity, and limestone for days. Extremely refined and I'd argue it was a little restrained. Crisp pear and green apples. Great clean finish.

Seashell, salinity, bright acidity! Lovely!

Showing a little tropical on nose. Mid palate all moldy cheese and chalk. Very interesting!
