Flinty and crisp on the nose nose and palate. A nice and typically French personality with lemon rind and copious amounts of salinity. Nice weight and texture with more brine than sweetness. Drinking well right now, but will sail on for another 7-10 years, with ease.

Very nice on the nose with a line of chalk on the palate. Young, to be sure, but nicely crafted with sharp melon tones and a rich finish with some unresolved oak.

Be careful it is not the dauvissat who produces greatness but it is still pretty good and it is “affordable “ in a place that charges 480 sing dollars for sushi. Unfair because the food was truely outstanding.

Solid Chablis. Butterscotch, toast, ripe yellow apple, honey. Wild yellow flowers in a dry pasture/hayfield.

A bit heavy on the oak. Stunning chard none the less but drank more like Meursault than Chablis.

Glorious! Signature minerality on the nose; bright lemon peel, vanilla and bracing acidity on the palate.
