Medium lemon yellow colour . Quite rich and ripe on the nose with buttered popcorn , lemon oil , toasty hints and some honeysuckle and peach . On the palate this is also quite rich , with lemon peel , apricot and but balanced by good acidity and a quite saline mineral , seashell tinged finish . Drinking well now and over the next 5-8 years. From a half bottle .

Un vin expressif au nez, une certaine signature Ramonet, c’est un profil plus plein, assez riche, large en bouche, il y a quand même du tonus et une acidité qui supporte le tout, une longueur fort respectable pour cette cuvée aussi. Très bien. 91-92
Very expressive wine, a good acidity to support that profile that is rich, full, wide, still with a certain Ramonet style, very good length for this cuvée.

Wow c’est tellement. J’ai ouvert un 2015 en me disant que le vin serait plus facile à boire, provenant d’un millésime plus chaud. Le vin est gourmand avec une persistance aromatique digne d’un grand cru. C’est riche, intense, avec des fruits tropicaux confits. C’est hyper long en bouche et le vin est resté bien en vie pendant 6 heures. 🤩
