Aligote is such an under-rated variety, this rendition shows all of the crisp palate and serious tannin, big structure with a light presence. It's a unique juxtaposition, and they really got it here, rather than making Chardonnay lite.

Really fine aligote. Smooth like a Chardonnay, medium body, with hints of clementines... Boisset said that they were working on making this the best aligote in burgundy and he wasn’t lying..
