Bracing acidity but lush at the same time. Tad aldehydic.

Mid gold, waxy peach, lemon peel; dry, fulsome acidity, long juicy and excitingly spicy.
We enjoyed it yesterday (the top half) and enjoyed the rest even more this evening. So I suggest you decant it if you want enjoy it in one fell swoop!

A little flat at first, but just needed some time in the glass. Opened up quite nicely

Smells like canned tuna, but in a good way

A very good representation of a Jura Chardonnay, but not as much mineralogy as I would like.
