Heard about falanghina on a wine folly post about under appreciated Italian whites. Bright and tropical, like a refined sauv blanc. Great balance, nice acidity and long finish. About to eat it with ricotta pasta.

A great deal of acid, with a lot of complimentary sweet fruit: golden apple, slightly underripe peach, and cherry pits. A treat!
