Awesome. Buttered toast (in the best way), a squeeze of lemon and hints of pineapple. Marine minerality for days and just deep, sultry Champagne. This is a great example of what separates Champagne from sparkling wine. Depth, depth, depth!

Lots of funk on the nose but after you get past that it’s got great concentration of flavors with good weight on the palate.
