Lovely palate with green apple, meyer lemon and so much cut and precision. Fantastic. Really grippy and intense. Long and forceful mineral finish. So much green apple and great finesse but also superb cut. Love this.

What a treat! Pale straw color, loads of Granny Smith apple, brioche and bread. No disgorge on this wine- so light bubbles dissipate. Light and flavorful.
