Sipping Fine Wine

Pale lemon with fine creamy mousse and tiny rapid bubble flow, aromas stone fruits and blossom, bread dough and citrus. On the palate flavors of crisp apple, peach, lemon citrus and honeysuckle with biscuit toast and nutty notes. Long finish, full-body ending with biscuit, mineral and floral citrus character. Nice!

Monthly WTF wine group meet up. Theme was “bring something good”. All wines (minus the bubbles and SB) were tasted blind.

Very refreshing and bright bubbles. Clean citrus notes, chalk, limestone, and just slightly yeasty toward the finish. Reminds me of the Marc Hebrart Brut. Thanks for this,
@Jeff Meyer .

Kicking off the 2018 Labor Day weekend!
Lightly oxidized, over-toasted brioche, drying citrus, strong mineral core.

Very good, super drinkable yet good complexity. Citrus almost toward tangerine, definitely almonds, brioche, but great acidity. I also get the slightest hint of raspberries or pomegranate. Interesting.
