Stuck in time, showing bright, singular notes of lime leaf and grapefruit.

Just killer with a roast pork loin and fennel chutney. What it may lack in zippy energy it more than makes up for with burnished complexity, depth and persistence. The joys of older Riesling. Yum.

My first J.B Becker. Very low in acid, nice lemon peel component on the nose. Appeals a bit tired.

Nose of melon, honey, apricot, hint of smoky minerality, and an underlying salty and umami note (sake?). Palate is much more peach alongside the melon and apricot, brightening up on the finish with reasonable length. Lush and round on the palate with lots of textural interest. Although it lacks in refreshing acidity and raciness to complement the RS. Good pairing with Sichuan food, but not complete enough to love it on its own.

Not exploding with lime/lemon pie like the '90 but still present. Acidity is quite low and very creamy, still digging it!
