Really very delicious and at $45 better than many more expensive Brunellos etc. I like Istine’s entry level Chianti as well, but had not had one of their single vineyard bottlings before this one. Great refinement, juicy dark red fruit, silky mouthfeel with balanced acid and tannins. Decanted 2 hours and had with grilled pork blade steak. Very nice and one to try over the next few years.

Well here is the thing. I did not really like the other vineyard - but this is awesome and i will try other vintages and see if there is a lineage/track record. Bay leave and nutmeg mostly. Unique!!! Camping ⛺️ in Anza.
