on the palate. Bright red Bing cherry and violet flavors. Smooth but still
present tannins and a touch of vanilla on the finish. Could age for a few years, but can also enjoy now. Delicious with spinach and ricotta pasta.

A classic typical cherry 🍒 driven Sangiovese for a really good price. Quite acidic and tannic at this point - drink now or wait 2 years. Perfect with Pizza 🍕 and Pasta every day. From Vino Carta in little Italy San Diego. I am considering to make this my house wine.
