Cepparello Toscana Sangiovese

The Margaux of Tuscany. High-toned, intensely floral, crushed little red berries, roast game juices. Impeccable texture, weightless.

This was tight. I should have decanted it. Noticeable French oak. Needs more time.

Classic Sangiovese. Glad to have a lot of this in the cellar.

Вкус насыщеннее аромата: черника и шоколад. Безусловно, у вина хороший потенциал и со временем оно себя покажет, но сейчас его пить не нужно.

Very young, very balanced, very good. Bright cherry, really balanced oak, vibrant acidity, and soft tannins that disappeared almost magically as the Tuscan sun dipped beneath the horizon. We enjoyed the wine with Medium rare Tuscan steak on a hill overlooking the vineyard in Val D'elsa, Absolutely delicious now, buying more when we return.

One of the best producers in Italy. This is excellent.
