Just gorgeous. Elegant wine with piercing minerality coming thru on the mid palate.

Smooth, tart on its own, sweetens a touch when paired with nice monkfish and fennel dish.

The only Sauvignon Blanc I’ve ever been able to tolerate. Pure acid and minerality. Light and drinkable. Lucky I tasted it before throwing it in the stew.

Ripe tropical fruit but with a nice mineral balance, nervy.

Day 2

Delicious, crisp, pears, slight pineapple, apricot, and green apple. Awesome.

Pale lemon color. Apple lemon and gummy bear smell on the nose and some bell pepper. Dry, med+ acid, med alcohol no tannins and med body.

I pretty much detest Sauvignon Blanc, but this was really good. No cat pee, no vegetal underripe hay.
