Stunning. Lean and racy with a bit of yeasty kick, but little of the oxidative character of Champagne.
To Delectable staff this is Viura and Chardonnay; only the rose has Grenache.

80% Macabeo, 20% was Chardonnay, bone dry with elegant bubbles. Lively acidity with flavours of warm bread, apple, pear and citrus. Paired it with tapas in Panorama.
