Biutiful cava brut rose. Very nice for the summer. Bubbly, fruity, nice finish, off dry. Had at wine Wednesday with Steph & Emily.

First visit of the summer to the place in Panorama. Celebrating with this delightful cava. A luminescent orange, pink colour with notes of wild rose, strawberries and citrus fruit. The palate is desert dry and explodes in bubbles that deliver flavours of strawberries, pink grapefruit, sage and egg washed sweet dough. Literally a beautiful sparkling wine.

Crisp rose with a little residual sweetness. Went great with the various tapas!

Terrible name, good sparkler. Bright, yeasty and fun. All red fruit and spice. Pretty darn yummy for 14 bucks.

Very refreshing. On the dry side but nice on a warm evening.
