Excellent on a stand alone basis or in mimosas!! Slight brioche, caramel, butter, and a hint of apricot. Just as good at bottle opening as it was a couple hours later!

Yeasty biscuit and lemonade on the nose. Lemon with a hint of lime squarely in the center of the palate. Oodles of tiny bubbles throughout. Such a lovely sip!
