One of my favorites. Had another bottle of this Pinot Noir (69%) and Chardonnay (31%), blend which spent four years on the yeast. Tiny bubbles with stone fruit aromas and rich baking dough. The palate shows apples and citrus tones with a nutty flavor, time seems to intensify the wine as I had this 6 mos ago. The bubbly had good length on the rich and creamy finish, dry with plenty of yeasty notes. Nice!
