This is a tasty sparkling wine and it features the endangered Chinese golden monkey (Rhinopithecus roxellana) on its label. And yes, the monkeys really do look like this!

Was thrilled when my mom surprised me with this for Easter. Scents of orange blossom which changed to apple cider and bright acid as the bottle was open. Super fresh tasting! Continuing the trend of Iron Horse creating some of the highest quality sparkling wines in California.

Like the touch of dosage to round out the wine, give me some pot stickers

May have held this too long. Bubbles were gone, but it was still drinkable.

Candy Apple from the county fair, simple and tasty with a lingering ripe and juicy but still malic finish.
