Iron Horse Vineyards
Brut X Chardonnay - Pinot Noir Sparkling Blend

More fruit forward than Champ, less yeasty and brioche, but balanced dosage, and pretty nice.

Nice and dry. Apple and a hint of strawberry. Crisp. Good finish. Wanted some yeast notes that were not there.

Dry as a bone. Zero RS. Crisp, clean, and deserves raw oysters.

#autolysis sometimes I just want to tell you: THANK YOU for your yeasty, bread-y handshake, your reassuring weight and warmth. That you give my favorite sparkling wines their winking depth and exotic lilt: MERCI.
This one:
Shortbread brûlée, just picked peach, copper penny, kiwi, wet hay. Palate: high minus acid, haughtiness (in a good way), apricot preserve and limeade jelly. Medium plus length, good times and happiness. *nice*
