Southern Italian red FTW. Can’t beat the quality for the price.

No notes - Great fruit forward wine with a great mouthfeel and a long backbone. Aglianico is a thing of beauty

Great value. Bold and brooding, earthy spicy and leathery balanced by blackberry fruit. Full-bodied and chewy, with a nice acidity to stand up to meaty ragus

Would say it’s just ok...a bit sour. Wouldn’t be mad if I had it again, but wouldn’t make a point of it

Thought this was a good example of aglianico. A bit closed and tough initially with both earth and fruit, after 24 hours of decanting it evolved into a velvety texture and good balance of refinement and brawn.
