Decanted 1 hour. It opens with some nice black pepper but it never really comes together. It’s fine, but a bit watery and just not very interesting.

Nothing extraordinary here, but it's just what we needed. A high acid and medium body red with some red fruit to pair with pasta. Very drinkable

Nothing extraordinary here. A DOC Montepulciano with the typicity of the region. Good inexpensive Italian red but it won't blow you away. This is your red check tablecloth pasta and pizza drink.
