Wildness, meat,nuts,ciger leaf, oil especially sesame, autumn woods and leaf.Attack of acidity, good amount of tannin. Still a little hard, and needs 1 or 2year aging.

自然派のワインって、パワフルでも気持ち良く飲めるなって印象もありながら、個人的にはちょっと強すぎる…
トマトのラグーソースとかに合いそう。

Bold yet balanced with wild berries and earth on nose. Lively texture and bit of funk giving it a sense of wildness, even hints of sweetness. Good finish. A biodynamic minimalist wine. Aged perfectly. Excellent AA10.

I find aglianicos always very interesting and unique. Lots of depth, shifts with every sip, though the flavor dissipates the longer it stays (I drank it over 3 days). Probably a repeat.
