Casa Caterina has the best Italian sparkling wines I have ever tasted! Breathtaking and indeed embracing and with a great personality!

I have to say I was blown away! They might fall into those sometimes "outlier" categories of "love it or hate it", but independent of personal preference the wines are really full of character.

Totally agree with you! And those wines are like a journey
