Smells like sweet tart candies- sweet and sour and powdery at the same time...rich and ripe...very juicy/sweet...I can see why people like it...not my fave...I tried to give it a while and lingered with it in my glass taking a few small sips thinking it might open up or change in nature...finally just had to dump it and move on...it just tasted like over ripe sweet juice with no back bone and no acidity....

Holy crap! From the winemaker at Hundred Acre. Maybe the best wine I have ever tasted from Lazio. Blindingly bright acidity, jammy black fruit, bittersweet chocolate and silky tannins. I was still tasting this wine 3 days later!!!

I love this wine! Very complex, tannins hit you in the front, great bouquet and smooth finish. It's a wine I dream of drinking while I'm driving home from work. It's a glass full of love!

80% Cab Sauv 10% Petit Verdot 5% Zin 5% Syrah. I love this wine. It has Italian character but geared towards Western palettes. Ripe flavors of blackberries and olives; sweeter jammier flavors from the zinfandel; a luscious mocha body from syrah. It smells dark sweet and fragrant, and goes down very smooth; very smooth tannins that set more heavily as the finish lingers on white pepper notes.
