I most certainly prefer the Napa Cab Rubus to this Sonoma, for its structured spice and velvet, which makes it a better "midnight wine". This needs to open up for about 30 minutes for the cherry cola flavors to come through on the palate; spiced wood and leather; plush mouthfeel and medium tannin. — 7 years ago
EXCELLENT Riesling, young flavor and beautiful minerality , you can have this with anything. — 7 years ago

Has a hint of something interesting on its own, but certainly best with food. Roasted mushrooms w/ tomatoes+thyme would pair nicely. The partial oak maturation offers a pleasantly robust body, for a Chianti, while maintaining an earthy (almost stoney) character. — 7 years ago
A lighter Cabarnet without much tannin, and a touch too sweet. Slight over-reliance on the oak, but overall this wine is not bad. Definitely could be enjoyed by many. — 7 years ago
80% Cab Sauv 10% Petit Verdot 5% Zin 5% Syrah. I love this wine. It has Italian character but geared towards Western palettes. Ripe flavors of blackberries and olives; sweeter jammier flavors from the zinfandel; a luscious mocha body from syrah. It smells dark sweet and fragrant, and goes down very smooth; very smooth tannins that set more heavily as the finish lingers on white pepper notes. — 7 years ago
Falls a little flat on the nose but is richer on the palate with a full body, medium tannins. Almond and cherry raspberry. A cedar note that dances around on the palate. Bruised plums and a lovely oak — 7 years ago
