Red fruits and black cherry with sweet baking spices, vanilla on the nose. Smooth structure. One dimensional but quite delicious.

Dark ruby in color with a dark purple rim.

On the nose, black currants, black cherries, blackberries, licorice, cloves, smoke, wood, vanilla, spices and peppercorn.

Full bodied and rich, with medium plus acidity and nice looking legs.

Bone dry on the palate with blackberries, cherries, plums, black licorice, cloves, spices, cedar, vanilla, earth and eucalyptus.

Medium plus on the finish with round tannins and spices.

A nice everyday Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma County. Enjoyable by itself and very spicy (after 90 minutes of opening up).

Nicely balanced, but not very complex. Would pair nicely with lamb or beef dishes. Needs 60 minutes of airtime. I find that this vintage is better than the previous ones.

Could benefit some, from one more year in the bottle. Right now it has too much cloves for my taste.

13.8% alcohol by volume.

Dark purplish ruby red. Notes of dark cherries and wood spices on the nose. Bright acidity and medium tannins (5.5/10). Not over the top on the palate with notes of oak, gravel, bramble berries and spices. Drink till 2024.

Dark ruby in color with a purplish rim.

Nice fruity nose of blackberries, plums, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, earth, green vegetables, herbs, bell pepper, peppercorn and alcohol.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with plums, cherries, tart cranberries, oak, light vanilla, bitter vegetables, tobacco, graphite, dark chocolates, spices, cloves and black pepper.

Medium finish with grippy tannins and tart raspberries.

A nice Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma County.
Still young, austere and unbalanced, though. I liked the nose better than the palate here.

Needs 2 years in the bottle to mature and smooth out. Better with food than just by itself. Right now, this is nothing special.
