Too funkadelic to drink when first opened. Aired off significantly with time (days). Cherries emerged.

One of the better Etna's I have had outside the usual suspects on the mountain in a while...dense and layered, energetic and perfumed.

Overall a solid wine but doesn't blow me away in the manner that other Etna Rosso wines have. I would happily continue to buy at $25 but there are better wines from those slopes for $40.

Unbelievable nose and taste. Rustic yet refined. Ripe berries. Game. Minerals. Tobacco. It tastes so fresh though. Love this. Needs air.

2015 is dense cherry with a core of flinty earth. A must try example of bio Etna.

Supposed to be a exemplary expression of Etna rosso. Somehow we weren't super into it. Yes we got sour cherry, earthy and limey notes. Some layer... Hmm but overall wad expecting more... had better mt Etna brekkie I have to say :( points for expressing the terroir I guess
