We had this wine at Jana in New Orleans with Mario and Tamera

so good!
my first etna bianco.
green apple, lime, thyme and this gravel and wet stones that make my mouth dribble intensely.

nose like an orchid growing out of a filthy ashtray. palette was waxy and energetic. nice one.

Really different and very good.

Domestique Sicilian White. Mineral, crisp.
