This was a crazy wine. Had some notes of Chenin, but also had some very unique things going on. Bruised apples, smoky, bright, and still crazy acidic.

This is wild. 11 years on lees. Savory and still fresh. Structured and beautifully integrated. Yellow melon rind, gravel, poached quince, Asian pear.

140 months on the lees, and while it certainly carries that imprint, this is shockingly fresh. Melon, quince, apricot, lime and layers of spicy complexity. Aromatically, this goes on and on and on and on. Delicious in excess of the curiosity factor.

Wow, this is such a treat. Friulano & Malvasia (single vineyard) aged 140 months on the lees in a 5000L stainless steel tank, producing 6000 bottles. Layers of flavors, savory, waxy, textured, and the vibrant acidity keeps me coming back for more. This is a perfect foil for seafood crudo.
